Where to access the music for the video?
Music has to appear in your music library for it to be accessible for videos; we are currently working on the ability to import from Spotify, Pandora, Google Play, and Amazon Music – stay tuned
In which mode should I record the the video?
LipSync works best when recorded in LANDSCAPE MODE
How to fix if the app crashes while making the master video?
If your phone crashes while exporting Master Video Track, close other apps running in the background, restart your phone, and re-open LipSync. Your project will still be available on the main screen under main tabs where it says “Load Previous Project…”
